Frequently asked questions

When should I order for the end of the year?

Ideally before mid-November for large quantities, to leave time to approve the design and deliver before the holidays.

What is the minimum order?

10 diaries. The unit price drops from 50 and again from 200: see the price table.

I don't have a design. What can I do?

Customise one of the online templates, or ask one of the workshop's designers: quote within 24 working hours, 2 rounds of changes included.

Which files do you accept?

PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, AI or PSD, ideally at 300 DPI. The workshop checks the bleed and resolution before printing.

Will I see the result before printing?

Yes. You receive a proof on WhatsApp; nothing is printed until you approve it.
