Can I add a photo?

Yes: choose a template with a photo frame and upload yours, or send it on WhatsApp.

How should I care for the mug?

Washing by hand keeps the colours bright the longest. Avoid scouring pads on the print.

I don't have a design. What can I do?

Customise one of the online templates, or ask one of the workshop's designers: quote within 24 working hours, 2 rounds of changes included.

Which files do you accept?

PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, AI or PSD, ideally at 300 DPI. The workshop checks the bleed and resolution before printing.

Will I see the result before printing?

Yes. You receive a proof on WhatsApp; nothing is printed until you approve it.
