Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order?

100 flyers. The unit price drops sharply from 500: see the price table.

Will my photos be sharp?

Yes, if they are at least 1,750 × 2,480 pixels for a full A5 page. The workshop will tell you if an image is too small.

I don't have a design. What can I do?

Customise one of the online templates, or ask one of the workshop's designers: quote within 24 working hours, 2 rounds of changes included.

Which files do you accept?

PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, AI or PSD, ideally at 300 DPI. The workshop checks the bleed and resolution before printing.

Will I see the result before printing?

Yes. You receive a proof on WhatsApp; nothing is printed until you approve it.
